Terms of Use
A few clear terms for your next perspective.
1. Using Fold Wallpapers
Fold Wallpapers, its website and catalog are provided by Ihor Urbanskyi. Use the app in accordance with these terms, applicable law and the rules of your device and app store. The first release is in preparation. The current version has no account, ads, purchases or subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Personal wallpaper use
To the extent of the rights we hold or can grant, you may save and display supplied artwork as personal, non-commercial wallpapers on devices you own or control, crop or resize it to fit, and keep personal backup copies. Where the app offers Share, you may privately share an image for another person’s personal, non-commercial wallpaper use under these terms. This does not transfer ownership or grant exclusive or commercial rights.
3. Other uses and artwork
Separate permission is required for selling, publicly distributing or hosting the images, adding them to another wallpaper catalog, or using them in advertising, merchandise or other commercial materials, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Do not bypass access controls, abuse delivery services or misrepresent authorship. Artwork is digitally created or enhanced, including with generative AI and detail reconstruction; it is not a factual photograph or a promise of native generated resolution. Brand and device names do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
4. Previews and platform behaviour
Cover, unfolded and portrait views are illustrative composition previews. They do not establish compatibility with an announced or unannounced device. The app does not promise automatic hinge detection, automatic wallpaper switching or independent wallpaper assignment to every screen. Available actions and final system cropping depend on the device and operating system. On iOS, saving to Photos is followed by manual setup in iOS.
5. Availability and changes
We may update the app and catalog or remove content for quality, rights, security or legal reasons. A particular image or uninterrupted online service is not guaranteed indefinitely. Local favourites and recent history are not an account backup or a promise of cross-device sync. These terms do not authorize future charges. Any future paid features would require separate disclosure and consent before purchase.
6. Platform terms and responsibility
Applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to distribution through those stores. Nothing here excludes statutory remedies, mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable law determines jurisdiction and dispute remedies; these terms do not require arbitration or waive your local protections. You can stop using or uninstall the app at any time.
